This was great since it was our first time using a videographer. He was flexible and listened to our preferences and requests. My husband and I would rave about Daniel all day if we could. We married in June 2021 having found Tan Media only a few months prior and despite our stupidity in a late booking, he was very patient with us from the beginning. He emulated this when we had to shift our wedding from the Saturday to the Sunday - a decision made the night before the wedding due to a covid scare. Throughout that horrendous night of panic, he was incredibly understanding and comforting, agreeing to the new date and willing to work on his Sunday off to accommodate the change in plan. We wanted a videographer last minute and I was in rush to find one. Daniel was eager and made everything simple. We started with a FaceTime which was super inviting and informative. He asked everything we wanted and tailored the day to suit us. On the day he was on time, knew what he was doing. Super chilled and so inviting. It made the day relaxed, comfortable and fun. We got the videos back (super quickly) and I was so impressed and in love. He captured the essence of the day perfectly. I also asked for a tweak of one of the videos and he was so prompt. It was affordable for our limited budget but without lacking in quality. I would recommend Daniel & Tan Media, I’ll forever be grateful for the beautiful videos.
