This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland applicable to contracts made and to be performed within the State of Queensland.

By ticking above, you indicate you are in agreement with all terms and conditions stated below.

Terms and Conditions

1. The deposit is not refundable if the Client cancels or changes the engagement. If the Videographer or Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above, the deposit shall be refunded to the Client.
2. Wedding photos and videos shall be available to the client in digital format with-in 90 days from the wedding date. Only the photos and films specified in the invoice will be provided to the Client, raw footage will not be provided. The Client has unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the videos and may use them in any suitable way.
3. The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer/Videographer in obtaining the desired photos/videos, including but not limited to: specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed/filmed; taking time to pose for at the Photographer/Videographer's direction; pre-shoot consultations, etc. The Photographer/Videographer shall not be responsible for photos/videos not taken as a result of the Client's failure to provide reasonable assistance, cooperation or time.
4. The Photographer/Videographer retains copyright in the photos/videos, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photos/videos for which the Client pays.
5. If meals are provided during the wedding it is appreciated if the photographer and videographer are also provided a meal.
6. Deposit must be paid to secure the booking and the balance of the fee payable is due 14 days prior to the event.
7. Music for the video will be chosen by the videographer. We license all of the music in our films and often most mainstream music isn't available to license.
8. In the unlikely case of equipment failure causing the lose of photos or video footage the photographer/videographer is not liable.

How it works - our process

Book a free consultation

We will get to know you, what the wedding film of your dreams looks like, and will even pencil in your date.

Step 2

Get a free quote

From there, we’ll provide an obligation-free quote to make it happen. You can take some time to think it over, or proceed to secure your date.

Step 3

Secure your date

Once you’re keen to secure your wedding date, you can confirm your videography booking with us and we will send through a service agreement. Deposit just 20% of the package price to secure your date.

Step 4

We'll meet closer to the date

To make sure we are across all the details of your day, and all of your questions have been answered. We can help you with advice on the timeline for the day and any other aspects you’re unsure of. We’ll also get in touch with your photographer to coordinate and arrange an ideal timeline for your collective photo and video shoots.

Step 5

Your wedding day captured

We will take care of everything – you can relax and enjoy your day knowing we are there capturing it all. We work to make your wedding day simple and easy. We are flexible and work in with whatever happens on the day – rain, hail or storm – to ensure you get the wedding film of your dreams.

Step 6

Memories to keep forever

We will provide you with a first draft, make any revisions you want, and get your final wedding videos to you within 60 days. We’ll provide you with a customised, password-protected website, where you, your family and friends can view and download your films any time for the next 10 years.
